Terms and Condtions

1. Minimum Rental Period: Machinery rental is provided for a minimum duration of one month.

2. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit equal to three months' rental fee is required prior to commencement of rental.

3. Damage Charges: Any physical damage to the machinery will incur charges based on the condition of the machine.

4. Inventory Monitoring: Our Technicians/Representatives reserve the right to monitor the inventory at any time.

5. Misuse Clause: In the event of observed mishandling or misuse of the inventory, the company reserves the right to withdraw the machinery from the site.

6. Rent Collection: Rent payments are due monthly. In the event of late payment, a reminder will be issued, and if rent remains unpaid by the end of the second month, the machinery may be reclaimed, and any advance payments are non-refundable.

7. Operator Provision: Our company will provide a professionally trained operator for C- category machinery, including associated commercial charges

8. Single Point of Contact (SPOC): The client must allocate a designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) responsible for all matters related to the rented machinery.

9. Checklist Maintenance: The designated SPOC is responsible for maintaining a usage checklist for the machinery.

10. Purpose Specification: The intended purpose of the machinery must be clearly defined at the outset.

11. Theft or Irreparable Damage: In the case of theft or irreparable damage to the machinery,the client agrees to pay the full purchase price of the machine.

12. Payment Terms: Invoices are due for payment within 7 working days of receipt.
